Refund policy

Please not that ALL SALES are FINAL.  Refunds are not offered due to customization.  However, if an item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect (ex. leaks, shipping damage, decal/transfer issues) a replacement will be offered at no additional cost.   If a product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof of said damage (pictures) in order for a replacement to be approved.  If damage is due to shipping, you must file a claim with the delivery company (ex. USPS, UPS, Fedex) as all packages are shipped with insurance.
